Processes & Systems
eBiz have developed a number of proprietary processes and systems to enable us to guarantee the best in project delivery.
These processes are four pronged:
- Objective identification - Together with the client, eBiz consultants use our written system to perform an audit of each client's business. This system assists us in identifying what solutions would generate the most benefit for each particular client. We have codified this system by developing 'eBiz Consultant'. Available online, this allows clients access to our modelling system at any time convenient to them.
- Creative - eBiz have a written system developed by our Design and Development Manager, that enables us to consistently create professional web sites and intranets that help achieve the stated objectives of the project. This system centres around reinforcing the existing brand and corporate identity whilst developing it to work best on the internet. The process involves regular participation and meetings between the client and the design team.
- Project delivery - Each of the projects eBiz deliver follows the same process that we developed over a period of years. Regular collaboration between the client, our developers and our 'extranet' that allows clients to monitor progress ensures that each element of the project is delivered on time and to specification.
- Support and internal business systems - Once a client's project is complete, eBiz's support systems come into play. All of our systems are automated and ensure that any queries are responded to and resolved with minimum delay. This enables us to offer Service Level Guarantees where appropriate.
