Realising these ambitions

To fulfil the requirements CEMCO had, and to allow for future scaleability, we created a bespoke intranet application for CEMCO to enable them to store their deals and also to allow suppliers to enter sales figures for the members. This enables the system to automatically calculate rebate payable to members, the throughput from each member, and the total group turnover and rebate.

The system uses granual security to restrict users from seeing deal, rebates, figures and individual parts of the deals.

The sytem also automatically emails users and groups when deals they have expressed an interest in change or are updated.

We also added a calendar for group appointments, meetings and events, which now make the intranet a centralised place for CEMCO meetings, deals, news and events.
